    Sydney Metro is re-shaping how people move in Greater Sydney through a renewable energy powered high frequency high quality network. It enables the unlocking of tens of thousands of new homes around the area.

    Whether it’s advising the Government on the Northwest pathfinder project, investing in the City and South West extension or leading the bid for the Western Sydney Airport dedicated line, our team has unparalleled experience of the program. Lessons learned have been applied across the ANZ infrastructure market.

    Port Hedland FIFO workers facility

    It all began with an idea - can the built environment be a driver for change in for FIFO workers living conditions?

    Our team led the development of this next generation facility from the pre-feasibility stage through to the Development Approval process including commercial and financial structuring for project financing.

    Building Schools for the Future

    The aims of BSF were to rebuild or refurbish every secondary school in England over a 15-20 years period through PPPs.

    Our team advised both the various levels of Government as well as private consortia in the development of this once-in-a-generation investment program. This covered all aspects of Government procurement as well as financial and commercial advisory including equity and debt raising.

    Local Finance Improvement Trust (Health)

    The UK Government's LIFT programme has been instrumental in modernising primary and community healthcare facilities across England. Through PPP, LIFT has secured over £2.5 billion in investment, delivering 350 high-quality, modern healthcare facilities supporting the integration of local services.

    We provided commercial and financial advisory to both the UK Government and private sector clients to deliver dozens of such transformational projects for local communities and supported the transformation of the healthcare landscape in England.

    King Edward Memorial Hospital

    The Project in Bermuda is a major healthcare infrastructure initiative designed to modernize the island’s only acute care hospital.

    This $0.5bn redevelopment marks Bermuda’s first PPP in healthcare, involving the Bermuda Hospitals Board and Paget Health Services.

    We supported the consortium through full commercial and financial structuring advisory including debt raising for the project.

    Toll roads

    We have worked on Citylink widening, WestConnex (WCX) and Puhoi to Warkworth (P2W) projects in various roles spanning commercial and financial advisory to the Victorian Government, bid leadership for the acquisition of WCX and bid leadership for the P2W in New Zealand.

    This broad experience enables us to provide holistic commercial and financial insights whether it is about feasibility of expansion, risk allocation, financial structuring challenges and operational performance optimisation.
